What does the photographic landscape look like in Sweden right now? What artistic practices are there and what are the current trends? Kristyna Müller, the director of the Swedish organisation Center for Photography, will guide us through the Swedish photography scene and introduce her organization, past and present.

Kristyna Müller has been the Director of The Center for Photography since 2019. She has previously worked as a curator at Haninge Konsthall. She holds an MA in Curating from Stockholm University and a BcA in still photography from FAMU, Prague. She has been on the jury for the Lennart af Petersens award and has curated numerous exhibitions on photography. She is also co-editor of the book “Peripheral Vision: Images from the fringe of Europe” published in 2023, a survey of Swedish photography.
