ON THE AMERICAN ICONOGRAPHY INREGGIO EMILIA
A research on how the American aesthetic culture influenced Italian landscape around the Po Valley.
Beatrice Ventura (Catania, 1996) graduated in foreign languages and cultures in her native city, and continued with a specialization in photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. Her work takes shape from intimate issues, focusing mainly on the relationship between man and the environment. Through a contemplative approach in which dreams, memories and impressions merge, her images depict circumstances in which waiting interchanges with the crystallized experience of what has been silently expressed.
