Romualdas Požerskis. Long term projects. Execution, selection and finalizing
The author will talk in a form of discussion about developing of photographic topics, search of ideas, setting goals and actions. He will talk from his own experience and analyse creative processes of other authors. During the workshops he will go through topics of funding the project, finalizing the series and its presentation.
Participants should have their portfolio from one or few series.one series should consist from 6 to 10 pictures.
Romuladas Požerskis is associate professor of Department of Contemporary Art at Vytautas Magnus University. Požerskis is one of the most interesting and important photographers of 20th century, who became known in seventies. He is considered as a tradition keeper of Lithuanian photography with his own style influenced by his older colleagues. He published sixteen photographic albums and had numerous exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad.
