Works by Eva Saukāne include experimentation with historical photo- and video archives, family albums and found photography. Her most visible works include photobook "Roots" that is based on a 20-year-old-film and project "Mets" ‒ a visual interpretation of the controversial and unrealized Riga metro project. Currently, Eva Saukāne is exploring different image making processes.
