Ieva Baltaduonytė is a Lithuanian photographer living in Dublin.

She will talk about her work which presents the topic of migration. She will elaborate on her creative process and how with help of photographic media she analyzes her personal migration experience. In her work she poses questions and goes deeper into the topic what Mieke Bal calls “Migration culture”. It is always changing understanding what is home, nostalgia feeling coming in different intervals, (im)mobility, self-reflections and multicultural identity. Migration is also a very difficult and long term emotional condition.
