Prizes for photography:
Golden medal and second prize of “Worldpressphoto” in 1978, V. Mickiavicius - Kapsukas prize of the Union of Journalists of Lithuania in 1986 for photographs devoted to labour. From 1975 to 1985 V. Koreshkov participated in more than 200 international exhibitions. Winner of 63 prizes, among them 17 in Lithuania, 15 in the former USSR and 31 from other countries.
In 1969 and 1985 participated in compiling the displays of the International and All - Union photography exhibitions in Moscow, Manege.
Tee collections of V. Koreshkov photographs are in the Union of Photographers of Lithuania (Vilnius), in the Siaulai Photography Museum (Lithuania), in the French Museum of Photography (Paris) and in the Union of Photographers of Russia (Moscow).
According to my opinion the series of reconstructed and author's portraits of eminent historical personalities of Lithuania is one of my most important tasks.
